Payment methods include online transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer: Refunds depend on the notice period and package terms.

More than 15 days: 80% refund.

7–15 days: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days: No refund.

Cancellation by SafarXpert: Full refund or alternative arrangements will be provided in case of unavoidable circumstances.

4. Responsibilities

SafarXpert ensures accurate itineraries and seamless services.

Customers must provide accurate personal details and adhere to the itinerary schedule.

5. Liability

SafarXpert is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural disasters, strikes, or third-party service failures.

Customers must have personal travel insurance for unforeseen situations.

6. Code of Conduct

Customers must respect local culture, environment, and regulations during the trip.

Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SafarXpert website, including text, images, and logos, is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution
