These terms explain how our services work, including Char Dham Yatra, Kedarnath tours, Uttarakhand travel packages, and customized trips. 1. Booking & Payment
- Booking is confirmed after an advance payment (starting from ₹10,000 or depending on package and group size)
- Clients must share payment proof along with valid ID (Aadhar Card) and email ID
- 50% of the total tour cost must be paid before the start of the journey
- Remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the first stay location
- Payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 45 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges
- Between 30–45 days: 50% cancellation charges
- Within 30 days: No refund
Important:
- No refund in case of cancellation due to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or roadblocks
- Alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be offered depending on availability
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–25 working days
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and travel details
- Carry valid ID proof and required documents
- Follow the itinerary and instructions during the tour
- Maintain proper behavior and discipline
4. SafarXpert Responsibilities
- We ensure services are delivered as per the confirmed itinerary
- However, we are not responsible for delays or changes caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Landslides or roadblocks
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or unforeseen situations
5. Health & Safety
- Clients must ensure they are physically fit for travel and trekking (especially Kedarnath Yatra)
- SafarXpert is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or accidents during the tour
6. Changes to Itinerary
SafarXpert reserves the right to modify or adjust travel itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Any changes will be made in the best interest of the travelers and overall trip safety
- Any additional costs arising due to such changes will be borne by the client
7. Photography & Media
SafarXpert may capture photographs, videos, and client testimonials during tours for promotional and marketing purposes.
- These may be used on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials
- If any client does not wish their photos or videos to be used, they must inform us in writing before or during the tour, or at the latest before the end of the tour
8. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behavior throughout the journey.
- Respect local culture, traditions, religious values, and the environment during all tours, including Char Dham Yatra and Uttarakhand travel experiences
- Follow all guidelines and instructions provided by the SafarXpert team for a safe and smooth trip
- Any misconduct, illegal activity, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without any refund
9. Unforeseen Circumstances
SafarXpert shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or failure in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters (such as floods, landslides, or extreme weather conditions)
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Government restrictions or political disturbances
- Road conditions, transport issues, or unforeseen travel disruptions
10. Intellectual Property
- All content available on the SafarXpert website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of SafarXpert
- Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited
11. Dispute Resolution
SafarXpert is committed to resolving any concerns or disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
- Customers are encouraged to contact us first so that we can work towards a mutually acceptable solution
- In case a resolution cannot be reached, all legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand
12. Changes to Terms
SafarXpert may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to improve our services and ensure transparency.
