Booking & Payment Policy
✔ Advance Payment:
Booking is confirmed after an advance payment starting from ₹10,000 (depending on package & group size)
✔ Partial Payment:
Minimum 50% of total tour cost must be paid before the start of the journey
✔ Remaining Payment:
Balance amount must be paid at the first hotel / start of the trip
✔ Payment Modes:
We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards

Booking Confirmation
✔ Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment
✔ You will receive a confirmation message, detailed itinerary, and payment receipt on your WhatsApp number or email address
✔ After booking confirmation hotel details, and vehicle details will be shared with you before the start of your journey
Changes & Modifications
✔ Any request for changes in travel date, hotel, or itinerary must be informed at least 15 days before the journey
✔ Changes requested within 7–15 days before travel will be subject to availability and may involve additional charges
✔ Changes requested within 7 days of travel may not be accepted or will be treated as a cancellation
✔ All modifications are subject to hotel, transport, and vendor availability
Cancellation & Refund Policy
✔ More than 45 days before travel: 25% charges of the total tour cost
✔ 30–45 days before travel: 50% charges of the total tour cost
✔ Within 30 days of travel / No Show: No refund
Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 15–25 working days
Important Travel Guidelines
✔ Char Dham registration is mandatory – All travelers must complete registration before the journey. SafarXpert will assist you in the process.
✔ Follow government rules & guidelines – Please follow all local travel and safety instructions issued during the yatra.
✔ Carry valid ID proof – Keep your Aadhar Card or any government ID with you at all times for verification.
✔ Weather & road conditions – Travel in hilly areas depends on weather and road conditions, so plans may change for safety reasons.
