SafarXpert ensures complete transparency in booking, cancellation, and refund policies. Please review the details carefully before confirming your travel package for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled by the client, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- More than 45 days before the departure date: 25% of the total tour cost will be deducted
- Between 30 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted
- Within 30 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged (no refund)
2. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In case tours or travel services are affected due to situations beyond control, such as:
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Weather conditions (landslides, heavy rain, road closures, etc.)
No refund will be applicable. However, SafarXpert will try to provide alternative arrangements or rescheduling options, subject to availability.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–25 working days after cancellation
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as mutually agreed
Important Note
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline and booking terms
- Any third-party costs (hotels, transport, permits) may be non-refundable as per their policies
